DC元数据规范中文文档

年前想把DC元数据标准规范中文文档整理、更新一下。目前有如下一些文档已经有中文翻译，但急需更新成最新版：

1. DCMI元数据术语(DCMI Metadata Terms, 版本：2003-03-04；新版：2006-08-28)；
2. 都柏林核心元数据元素集1.1版：参考描述；版本：2003-06-02；新版：2004-12-20；
3. 都柏林核心元数据修饰词，（新版由DC Terms替代）；
4. DC类型词汇表(DCMI Type Vocabulary，版本：2000-07-11，新版：2006-08-28) ；
5. 关于DCMI元数据术语文档概述(Overview of documentation for DCMI Metadata Terms，版本：2003-03-04，新版：2003-05-27)；
6. 都柏林核心资源集合描述应用纲要概述(Dublin Core Collection Description Application Profile Summary 版本：2003-08-25，新版：2006-02-24)
7. DC图书馆应用纲要 (DC Libraries - Library Application Profile，此应该是最新版：2004-09-10，有待检查)
8. 都柏林核心资源集合描述应用纲要 (Dublin Core Collection Description Application Profile，版本：2004-08-20，新版：2006-08-24)

以下文档是DCMI所认为的最重要的标准规范文档（Recommendations），除第一、二项已经有中译外，其它编码规范都没有翻译。

需要翻译的文档很多，因此打算分两个阶段。第一阶段先将上述编码文档翻译、整理出来，下一阶段翻译一些处在草案阶段的应用纲要，以及如下一些辅助、说明文档。通过这些文档翻译，逐步建立DCMI网站的中文镜像。
